Ms. Jianglin Lai, the major areas of practice include securities, merger and acquisition, and corporate law.
Ms. Lai has extensive experience in Securities Law. Ms. Lai has been in charge of and participated in many large and medium enterprises IPO financing projects inside and outside the PRC, and has been retained as legal consultant for many state-owned large and medium enterprises, foreign investment enterprises, and private-owned enterprises. During the period of over ten years legal practice, Ms. Lai has won highly recognition from many clients by her proficient professional skills and conscientious working attitude.
Work Experience
Ms. Lai joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2011. Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons, Ms. Lai was the Founding Partner of a famous law firm in Guangdong, whose major areas of practice are securities and finance.
Ms. Lai received her Bachelor Degree of Law in Beijing University, and her major was Economic Law and International Economic Law. Ms. Lai was admitted to the Bar of the PRC in 1998. The working languages of Ms. Lai are Chinese and English.
