Mr. Jing Yunfeng specializes in customs and import & export regulation, customs planning, entry-exit inspection and quarantine, and international trade compliance, etc.

Mr. Jing has advised numerous domestic and foreign enterprises on customs and trade compliance in the last ten years. He has handled or been engaged in nearly hundred customs, entry-exit inspection and other related cases. He has in-depth study and extensive experiences in advising on customs and entry-exit inspection matters, including import & export dutiable value and customs valuation, import & export commodity classification, tax reduction or exemption of the goods, processing trade, duty policy research, statutory inspection and quarantine of inward & outward commodities and old electromechanical products import, as well as the customs related dispute resolutions, including handling customs duty levying disputes, customs audit, customs administrative penalty, customs administrative reconsideration and defenses for smuggling crimes.

Mr. Jing has represented the clients in a number of smuggling crime cases with considerable social influences, and received great praise from the clients. Besides, Mr. Jing represented a famous multinational enterprise to apply for administrative reconsiderations in respect of customs valuation (import & export dutiable value) and duty levying disputes, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the client successively. 

Work Experience

Mr. Jing joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2008.

Mr. Jing attained his LL.B. at East China University of Political Science and Law in 2001 and LL.M. at Chiba University in Japan.

Mr. Jing now serves as the Deputy Secretary General of the Customs and Foreign Exchange Law Institute of the Laws School of Renmin University of China.

Mr. Jing is admitted as PRC lawyer in 2010.

Mr. Jing's working languages are Chinese and Japanese.
