Ms. Jiang Ling specializes in trademark protection.
Her trademark expertise ranges from registration to every practical area, including trademark application and protection, trademark search and monitoring, trademark assignment and licensing, and trademark renewal and amendment. She represents clients in trademark disputes and controversies, trademark cancellations, domestic or international reviews of declined trademark applications, applications for determination of renowned trademarks, trademark-related administrative proceedings, domain name registrations, and other matters concerning trademarks.
She has handled a large number of trademark cases and is experienced in all aspects of Chinese trademark practice. Ms. Jiang has represented numerous international enterprises in protecting their trademark interests in China.
Work experience
Before Joining King & Wood Mallesons in 2004, she worked with Liu & Shen Law Offices in the trademark practice area and served as a Trademark Attorney at the Patent & Trademark Law Office of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in English from Peking University and was admitted as a trademark attorney in 1998, following which she was admitted as an attorney-at-law in 2001. She is proficient in Chinese and English.
