Jeff Clark practises in the Banking and Finance group. Jeff specialises in major projects including project finance, the financing of property acquisitions and developments and acquisition and leveraged finance. He also advises extensively in relation to financial restructures and workouts, general insolvency issues and securities enforcement.
He supports clients across a wide range of industries including in the projects, infrastructure, energy and resources sectors.
Jeff's work highlights include:
- The financing of a consortium's acquisition of an 88 per cent stake in the hyperscale datacentre platform, AirTrunk.
- Advising the sponsor on the successful acquisition and restructure of the Hopkins Correctional Centre PPP and the subsequent prison infill expansion project.
- The development and financing for the Murra Warra Wind Stage 2 and the subsequent sale of equity to Partners Group.
- The refinancing of the Port Hedland International Airport.
