- Shandong Gold Mining (HongKong) Co., Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of leading Chinese mining company Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd, (together, 'Shandong Gold'): off-market takeover bid to acquire 100 per cent ownership of Cardinal Resources ('Cardinal'), an ASX/TSX dual listed gold exploration and development company.
- Terra Firma / Consolidated Pastoral Company: advising in relation to the separate completed sales of CPC's businesses operated at each of Nockatunga Station (for a base purchase price of $39m), Manbulloo Station ($23.4m), Mimong Station ($18m), Comely Station ($46m) and Ucharonidge Station ($27.5m) to several buyers, and advising in relation to the proposed sale of CPC's businesses operated at Argyle Downs Station, Auvergne Station and Newry Station to an Australian subsidiary of a Vietnamese conglomerate (TH Group) for a base purchase price of $130m.
- Tawana Resources NL: advising Tawana Resources Limited in relation to the demerger of its non-core lithium assets into a separate entity, Cowan Lithium, and subsequently advising Cowan Lithium on its proposed IPO and ASX listing.
