Ms. Guo has years of experience in securities and has worked on numerous projects in relation to both state-owned and privately-run enterprises concerning the corporate restructuring, pre-IPO financing, mixed ownership reform, initial public offering and refinancing of the listed companies. Ms. Guo has served companies of a wide range of industries, including large consumption, new energy, intelligent manufacturing, telecommunication, entertainment and etc.
In the field of M&A and financing, Ms. Guo has years of experience in providing legal services for the projects of M&A, investment of private equity institutions, financing projects of corporations as well as asset securitization. Her clients are from a wide range of sectors including technology, large consumption, healthcare, environmental protection and many others.
