Areas of Practice
Fan Lingli focuses her practice on corporate, securities, restructuring, M&A and mixed ownership reform of SOEs. She is good at providing legal services for central SOEs and corporations.
Ms. Fan has worked on many projects covering restructurings, IPOs, listed companies refinancing, bond issuance of financial institutions, establishment of the first private banks, deposal of non-performing assets of commercial banks, and share incentive plans and employee stock ownership plans. She has extensive experience and expertise in securities law. In recent years, she has been invited to participate in the discussion with securities regulatory authorities on the revision of regulatory laws and regulations. Ms. Fan has also led a series of projects, ranging from equity restructuring and business integration of large enterprises and central SOEs, reorganization of enterprises owned by the whole people into limited liability companies or joint-stock companies, and mixed ownership reform of SOEs. She has been counseling a number of listed and unlisted corporates, providing special legal services on corporate governance and information disclosure, corporate securities and other matters in the routine operation of companies. She represented clients in such sectors as energy and power, tourism, agriculture, aviation, pharmaceuticals, finance, packaging, and publishing.
Work experience
Ms. Fan joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2007.
She obtained her LL.M. degree of International Law from Renmin University of China, and studied in Washington University as a visiting scholar.
Ms. Fan was admitted as a PRC lawyer in 2008.
Ms. Fan's working languages are Chinese and English.
