Debra provides advice on all aspects of environmental, town planning and local government law, and has also advised extensively on environmental due diligence audits and in relation to the compulsory acquisition of land.

- Provision of all environment and planning advice on issues surrounding the $3.5bn Parramatta Light Rail project including crown land issues, legislative regimes for State and Commonwealth components, biodiversity offsets and approvals risk issues and land acquisition issues.
- WestConnex: acting on a significant contamination dispute and TfNSW on planning and environmental issues for the proposed new rail line
- New Powerhouse Museum: advising INSW on planning, heritage and title issues.
- Inland Rail Project: acting for ARTC on the Inland Rail Project, providing advice on planning pathways, contaminated land and risk allocation.
