Mr. Cheng Shigang specializes in litigation and arbitration, particularly in relation to real estate and construction projects, mineral resources and PE investment.
Mr. Cheng Shigang has represented many clients in high value complex litigation and arbitration cases as well as advising on strategizing and execution. Mr. Cheng has extensive experience in arbitration judgments in arbitration institutions and procedures of the court. He is capable of providing constructive and practical dispute resolution solutions.
Mr. Cheng Shigang advises clients including large and medium-sized SOEs, listed companies, fund management companies, central and local coal groups, real estate developers and large construction enterprises.
Work Experience
Mr. Cheng Shigang joined King & Wood Mallesons in July 2006.
Mr. Cheng obtained his LL.B. from the China University of Politics and Law and his LL.M. in civil and commercial law from the Tsinghua University. He was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 2007.
Mr. Cheng is proficient in Chinese and English.
