Andrew specialises in asset and structured finance (including cross-border and domestic asset finance transactions).
Andrew acts for commercial banks, operating lessors, lease managers, borrowers and finance companies in all aspects of asset finance transactions, including the tax-structured financing, sale and purchase and leasing of movable assets such as aircraft, motor vehicles, rolling stock and vessels.
In particular, Andrew has experience across the full breadth of aircraft financing and leasing including export credit agency (ECA) supported financing, operating and finance leasing (including Japanese operating lease structures), sale and lease-back transactions, structured financing and portfolio acquisitions and sales.
He has also had experience in construction and property financing matters, including acting for various domestic and foreign financiers on local real estate portfolios, as well as general corporate financing.
