On 15 February 2022, the Legal Daily released the Typical Case List of the fourth “Belt and Road Initiative” Excellent Legal Services. Two cases undertaken by King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) made the lists for Dispute Resolution and Investment respectively.
The cases included in the List are:

From 2018 to 2021, the Legal Daily has run the “Belt and Road Initiative” Excellent Legal Services for four consecutive years. The Typical Case List of the fourth “Belt and Road Initiative” Excellent Legal Services is a result of the multiple deliberation and evaluation by the expert committee organised by the Legal Daily.
