On 7 February, the fifth batch of medical supplies, including 125 Philips respirators and 125 Philips full face masks, arrived in Wuhan from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport and were successfully delivered to Dabie Mountain Medical Center (the new campus of Huanggang Central Hospital) and Jingshan Renhe Hospital. These supplies were jointly purchased by King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) and KWM Foundation with the support of KWM Hong Kong office.

The sixth batch of medical supplies purchased by the US office, including 3,000 face shields and 1,000 N95 masks arrived in Wuhan from Los Angeles via Shenzhen customs under great support of all relevant parties. Bearing all the concern of KWM staffs thousands of miles away for their loved ones at home and their support for fighting against the epidemic, these supplies have been delivered to the Xiaogan Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Control Center. Another 3,000 anti-fog shock resistance medical protective goggles purchased with the assistance of the US office will also soon arrive in Hubei Province.

In a recent donation organized by nearly 50 lawyers and employees in KWM, the money was raised in just a few days to purchase medical supplies including 28 respirators (including 6 Philips respirators) and 500 protective goggles through Boshu Yahui Volunteer Group. These supplies have been donated to 11 designated hospitals in Wuhan and other regions for the treatment of patients infected with new coronavirus pneumonia.

In support of delivering the supplies donated by KWM to Hubei Province, the couriers of SF Express have been sticking with the job to ensure efficient delivery. In order to thank the staff who are working hard in the front line of epidemic prevention and control, KWM Foundation recently donated 1,680 protective clothing to the Hubei Branch of SF Express, which will also be delivered in the near future.
