Ms. Huang is the head of KWM's Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare Practice Group and the director of KWM's Belt & Road Center for International Cooperation and Facilitation (BRCICF). With nearly 20 years of experience advising on inbound and outbound investment, domestic and cross-border M&A, compliance, and international trade matters, she understands the operation and management models and corporate philosophies adopted by various companies.
