Ms. Huang is the head of KWM's Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare Practice Group and the director of KWM's Belt & Road Center for International Cooperation and Facilitation (BRCICF). With nearly 20 years of experience advising on inbound and outbound investment, domestic and cross-border M&A, compliance, and international trade matters, she understands the operation and management models and corporate philosophies adopted by various companies. In the field of pharmaceuticals & healthcare, Ms. Huang closely monitors the latest developments and legislative changes that impact the industry, actively advises on pharmaceutical & healthcare-related legislation, and leads her team in servicing a number of domestic and international enterprises, medical institutions, and trade associations. In addition, Ms. Huang has also acted as lead counsel in numerous significant cross-border M&A projects across various jurisdictions in North America, South America, Australia, Europe, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Africa.
Leveraging her years of experience in cross-border M&A projects, particularly those in countries along the "Belt & Road", Ms. Huang contributed significantly to the establishment of KWM's BRCICF in 2019, which has attracted significant industry attention.
