Qi An Xin Group listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board

On 22 July 2020, Qi An Xin Technology Group Inc. ("Qi An Xin Group") made its A-share IPO on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange under the stock code: 688561. Qi An Xin Group issued 101,941,579 shares this time at an issue price of RMB 56.10 per share, raising a total of RMB 5,718,922,600.

Established in 2014, Qi An Xin Group specializes in providing cybersecurity technologies, products and services for government, enterprises and other institutions and organizations.

Acted as the counsel for the issuer, King & Wood Mallesons fully engaged in the merger, consolidation and reorganization, transformation to joint stock company, and series B round of financing of Qi An Xin Group during the preparation for its listing, providing the company with comprehensive, systematic, professional and efficient legal services.
