On 20 June 2024, King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) Dispute Resolution partner Zhang Haojun was recognised as one of the 2024 ALB China Top 15 Rising Lawyers by Asian Legal Business (ALB).
Mr. Zhang Haojun has amassed extensive experience in civil and commercial cases involving banking & finance, private equity, real estate, corporate and securities. He is also deeply engaged in criminal and administrative dispute resolution matters. Mr. Zhang has briefed and argued dozens of second-instance and retrial cases before the Supreme People's Court and appeared before local courts in more than 30 provinces across China. He has strong problem-solving ability and provides constructive and operable resolution to disputes.
In recent years, Mr. Zhang has focused on risk disposal projects for small and medium-sized financial institutions, working on a large number of major projects with target amounts ranging from several billion to over ten billion yuan. He has demonstrated exceptional planning and operational capabilities in handling complex cases, especially in cases involving both civil and criminal issues. He has won wide recognition from clients and the industry for his unique insights and rich practical experience.
