On 20 March 2024, King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) partner Mr. Wang Le was recognised as one of the 2024 ALB China Top 15 Insolvency & Restructuring Lawyers by Asian Legal Business (ALB).

Wang Le focuses his practice areas on corporate bankruptcy and reorganisation, insolvency liquidation, and mergers and acquisitions. He is among the earliest lawyers in China to engage in insolvency and restructuring, boasting a wealth of project experience. Widely praised by clients and the industry, Wang Le offers creative and customised bankruptcy restructuring solutions tailored to the specifics of each case. He has led a large number of influential insolvency and restructuring cases, many of which have been selected as one of the “Top Ten Commercial Cases of Chinese Courts”, “Top Ten Cases of the Year in Promoting the Rule of Law in the New Era”, and featured in the work report of the Supreme People's Court. Notable cases include the reorganisation of HNA Group, Chongqing Lifan, Yongtai Energy, and Chongqing Iron & Steel.
