King & Wood Mallesons Financial & Capital Market partner Lv Yinghao is named one of the 2019 China Rising Lawyers by Asian Legal Business (ALB) on 22 July 2019. The ALB's selection aims at showcasing 15 young lawyers across China who are showing their potential to become future stars. These 15 of the brightest young legal minds in China are identified on the basis of a combination of their significant achievements over the past 12 months, key clients they have acted for, important deals, and accolades they have received for work in the form of public recognition.

Mr. Lv specializes in banking and cross-border investment and financing. He not only has extensive experience in advising a large number of domestic and international commercial banks, investment banks, investment funds and industrial enterprises, but also is widely recognized by clients in cross-border business and innovative applications. His clients cover a wide range of sectors, including mining, energy, electricity, infrastructure, manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality and high technology. Mr. Lv has expertise in managing cross-border transactions, handling documents either in Chinese or in English and assisting clients in negotiating complex legal and commercial issues in a bilingual environment. Over the past 12 months, he led or participated in a number of milestone transactions, including the key Belt and Road Initiative projects - the development and finance closing of Matiari-Lahore Transmission Line Project and the financing loan of Turkey Hunutlu Thermal Power Plant Project; the market-oriented debt-to-equity swap of Yingkou Port Group Corp.; and the financing of Mozura Wind Power Project in the Republic of Montenegro.
