Chen Siyi, Partner, Dispute Resolution Group
Ms. Chen Siyi specialises in cross-border litigation and international arbitration. She has skillfully represented major Chinese state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in commercial and criminal litigation cases before overseas and domestic courts, as well as in foreign-related arbitration cases. She has accumulated rich experience in international and domestic dispute resolution. Ms. Chen previously worked at KWM for more than a decade before joining a Chinese internet company as a legal expert.
Dai Qin, Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property Group
Ms. Dai Qin specialises in trademark prosecution and brand protection. With an impressive 31-year career in the trademark agency industry, she excels in crafting corporate branding strategies, as well as services integrating intellectual property law. She has handled a large number of non-contentious IP cases involving trademarks, copyrights, geographical indications, and other IP agency services, as well as the recognition of well-known trademarks and the application of IP projects.
Additionally, Jin Xiaotian has recently joined our Corporate Group as a counsel.
