With nearly 30 years of experience in intellectual property (IP), Benjamin, a highly esteemed practitioner, brings a strong technical background, solid legal expertise and in-depth U.S. IP experience to the team. His joining will further enhance our professional strengths and service capabilities in the field, thereby providing clients with superior services.
Mr. Bai specialises in high-stake IP litigation concerning complex patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright disputes, as well as anti-unfair competition and anti monopoly matters. He has particular expertise in cross-border IP litigation. Benjamin has served clients from a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemistry, semiconductors, communications, manufacturing, biochemistry, and Fintech. He has provided strategic IP services to multinational companies and Chinese enterprises and has led teams in handling groundbreaking cases. Prior to joining KWM, Benjamin worked as a partner at international law firms such as Jones Day and Allen & Overy, and later held legal management positions at Ant Group and Amber Group. With extensive experience in both law firms and corporations, Benjamin possesses exceptional business acumen, innovative thinking, and risk management capabilities. He has a proven track record in bet-the-company litigation and crisis management.
