With over a decades’ extensive experience, Mr. Han specialises in M&A reorganisation of domestic and overseas enterprises and listed companies, debt restructuring/reorganisation, bailouts of distressed enterprises, special situation investment, strategic reorganisation, among others. He also has in-depth expertise and experience in such fields as mineral resources, steel, chemicals, and new energy. Focusing on capital markets, he has represented issuers and acquirers in many high-profile listings, and acquisition and reorganisation projects. By using a combination of tools innovatively, he has acquired a suite of composite expertise integrating capital markets and M&A, debt restructuring and investment, comprehensive dispute resolution, and cross-border M&A. He provides comprehensive solutions to major complex transactions. In addition, Mr. Han has rich practical experience in front-end strategic advisory, mid-end overall planning, and back-end organisation and implementation of strategic restructuring of large and super-large conglomerates. In recent years, he has represented many conglomerates in their strategic restructuring.
