On 29 July 2022, Empyrean Technology Co., Ltd. (“Empyrean Technology”, Stock Code: 301269) launched its A-share IPO on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company issued 108,588,354 shares at RMB 32.69 apiece, raising a total of approximately RMB 3.55 billion. Empyrean Technology became the first electronic design automation (EDA) company listed on the ChiNext board.
