Areas of practice
Zhenzhen Yu focuses her practice primarily on cross-border investment, corporate M&A, private equity investment, corporate restructuring, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.
Ms. Yu has more than 10 years of practice experience. She has represented many state-owned enterprises, listed companies, PE funds and famous multinational companies in their strategic investments, equity or asset acquisitions, mergers and restructuring, establishment of joint ventures, and technical cooperation and licensing both in and outside China. She has also assisted such organizations in resolving corporate governance issues arising from operation and completing investment exit. She has rich experience in various industries including advanced manufacturing, technology, new energy, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. The clients are particularly impressed with her focus on meeting clients’ needs, practical solutions, and sharp business insight. Ms. Yu has provided clients with innovative and practical comprehensive solutions and legal services in many major and complex projects.

Ms. Yu joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010.
Ms. Yu received her Bachelor of Law degree from Zhejiang University and Master of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law.
