Mr. Zhang has nearly thirty years of professional experience in the field of PRC tax. Mr. Zhang is qualified as a Chinese tax agent, a Chinese certified public accountant and a Chinese lawyer, having comprehensive knowledge of taxation, finance and law, and thus can provide forward-looking and operative professional advice for different types of clients. He is able to give a deep insight in complex corporate tax issues and put forward corresponding solutions efficiently and quickly.

Mr. Zhang specialises in providing tax-saving solutions for large enterprises and multinationals; dealing with tax issues in the process of corporate M&A and IPO; giving solutions to complex tax disputes; handling with tax issues through the equity transfer in resident and non-resident enterprises; individual income tax decision and dispute resolution for residents and non-residents; transfer pricing, pre-arranged pricing and preparation of contemporaneous documentation involved in related transactions of enterprises. Work Experience

Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons in 2019, Mr. Zhang had been working in a tax area for more than10 years. He established GORICINDA Taxation Agency Co., Ltd. in 2006.

Mr. Zhang graduated from the program in Taxation and received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Hebei University of Economics and Business. Later, he studied in Guanghua School of Management, Peking University and obtained his master's degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Zhang is admitted as a PRC lawyer, a PRC certified public accountant and a PRC certified tax agent.
