Mr. Yu Feng specializes in dispute resolution, corporate equities matters and disposal of non-performing asset (NPA).

He has extensive experience in disputes resolution concerning finance, real estate, corporation, and contracts. He has advised numerous large state-owned banks, well-known domestic and international enterprises and overseas financial institutions, such as Wal-Mart (China), MTR Corporation (Shenzhen), ABB, Shum Yip Group, Chinachem Foundation, ICBC, China CITIC Bank, China Development Bank, Ping An Bank, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Scotland and ING Bank, on litigation, arbitration and execution cases.

Mr. Yu is also experienced in the area of corporate matters, providing a range of legal services including corporate merger and share acquisition, equity structure design of group companies, corporate governance structure adjustment and contention for corporate control. He has been appointed as a perennial legal counsel for many finance and real estate enterprises.

Mr. Yu has years of experience in the disposal of NPA. He has represented a number of large financial institutions, including ICBC, Ping An Bank, China Huarong Asset Management Corporation, China Orient Asset Management Corporation and China Cinda Asset Management Corporation on their NPAs repackage or dispositions. 

Work experience

Mr. Yu joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2001. Prior to this, he worked at Guangdong Huabang Century Law Office.

Mr. Yu got his LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained his EMBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr, Yu is proficient in Chinese and English.
