Mr. Yang Zhenhua specializes in the areas of securities, corporate M&A and private equity. Mr. Yang has extensive experience in domestic and overseas IPOs, enterprise restructuring, major asset restructuring and private equity investment.
Mr. Yang has advised numerous enterprises at home and abroad on domestic and overseas IPOs, major asset restructuring, private equity investment and privatization, covering a wide range of industries including biomedicine, internet and new retail, hotel management, high-end equipment manufacturing, financial services, automobile and real estate. With wide practical experience especially in the areas of spin-off and listing, privatization and A-share IPO and the listing of pharmaceutical enterprises, he provides both in-depth and comprehensive professional advice combining capital market operations and clients' business interest, winning high trust and recognition of clients.
Mr. Yang also has a wealth of experience in providing employee equity incentive related advice for sci-tech and new economic enterprises. Additionally, Mr. Yang serves as the perennial legal counsel for numbers of listed and well-known enterprises on corporate day-to-day operation.
Mr. Yang was recognized as Rising Star (Shanghai area) in 2020 by IFLR 1000 China.
Work Experience
Mr. Yang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010.
Mr. Yang graduated from Wuhan University where he obtained his Bachelor and Master degrees. He was admitted as a PRC lawyer in 2013.
Mr. Yang's working languages are Chinese and English.
