Ms. Wu Ling specializes in dispute resolution. She has over 10 years' experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, especially in dealing with various civil and commercial disputes in such fields as finance, corporate M&A, real estate projects, and construction projects.

With profound knowledge of the mindset and operations of courts and arbitration institutions, Ms. Wu has represented large domestic private real estate enterprises and commercial banks in dozens of real estate and financial cases in the Supreme People's Court and its circuit courts, high people's courts in Jiangsu, Hebei and other provinces, and other intermediate people's courts in Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Suzhou and other cities, involving disputes over real estate development, M&A, construction projects, equity transfer, letters of credit, bills, financial borrowing, etc. Thanks to her rich practical experience, Ms. Wu has provided professional and efficient legal services for clients in several real estate M&A deals, during which she was mainly responsible for scheme preparation, planning and implementation, and the drafting and production of various legal documents. She was highly trusted and recognized by clients for her creative and constructive solutions.

Work Experience

Ms. Wu joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner at Grandall Law Firm (Nanjing). 

Ms. Wu attained her LL.B from Nanjing University, and her LL.M from Durham University, UK. She was admitted to practice law in the PRC in 2006.

Ms. Wu's working languages are Chinese and English.
