Mr. Wen Jianli is a partner at King & Wood Mallesons. He specializes in securitization, corporate reorganization, domestic and overseas listings, acquisition and restructuring of listed companies and corporate M&A.
Mr. Wen has years of experience in securitization, providing legal advice on dozens of transactions in the area. Underlying assets in these deals include financial leasing, petty loans, accounts receivable, proceeds on real estate, utility services (heat, water, gas, electricity), highway toll, beneficiary rights in trusts, and others. In corporate reorganization, domestic and overseas listings, and acquisition and restructuring of listed companies, Mr. Wen has advised Hwa Create, Haitian Flavouring, Datong Coal Industry, Start Group, Gangtai Holding, New Hope, China Fiberglass, Thunisoft and Fenglin Group. His clients are from a wide range of sectors including energy, real estate, healthcare, agriculture, education, software, Internet, finance and many others.
Work experience
Mr. Wen Jianli joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2016. Prior to that, he worked at Beijing Fenxun Law Office.
Mr. Wen obtained his LL.B. from Peking University.
