Ms. Wang specializes in fund formation, PE/VC investment, IPOs, investing and financing.
Ms. Wang has extensive practical experience in private equity funds, and is familiar with the whole process of fund formation, PE/VC investment and post-investment management. She has represented many fund sponsors and investors in their formation or investment of RMB private equity funds. She also has advised a number of funds on fund structure design, risk control and fund operation. Besides, Ms. Wang has provided legal service to PE/VC investors or the target companies in quite a few PE/VC investment transactions, including the industries such as high-end manufacturing, bio-medicine, TMT, education, consumption products. Moreover, she has served as the external legal counsel for a number of investment institutions and FOFs.
Ms. Wang has provided legal service and advice on numerous enterprises' domestic and overseas IPOs. Ms. Wang also can advise on the company's restructuring and reorganization, help clients with corporate governance and provide comprehensive advice to customers from the perspective of capital market.
Work Experience
Ms. Wang joined King & Wood in 2008. She worked as the legal director at a well-known state-level FOF from 2012 to 2016, and returned to King & Wood in 2017.
She obtained her LL.B. from the Kenneth Wang Law School of Soochow University, and her LL.M. from the University of Warwick.
Ms. Wang's working languages are Chinese and English.
