Mr. Wang's main practice areas include difficult civil and commercial dispute resolution, real estate development, investment and financing services, corporate M&A, financial asset M&A, NPL disposal and large state-owned enterprise legal affairs.

Mr. Wang has more than ten years of experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution. His practice areas include real estate, finance and securities, energy, new media, mining and other areas. As a counsel, Mr. Wang has presided over numerous difficult, complex and large-amount dispute resolution cases, especially in real estate related joint venture/cooperative development disputes and construction contract disputes. Mr. Wang has accumulated rich experience in capital contribution disputes, surplus distribution disputes, corporate dissolution disputes, equity ownership disputes and transfer disputes arising from corporate governance, operation or control right disputes.

Mr. Wang also has extensive experience in real estate M&A, investment & financing, construction and other non-litigation legal projects. He has led several real estate companies in China and has been responsible for several M&A, investment & financing, and development projects.

In addition, Mr. Wang has advised many large state-owned enterprises in both litigation and non-litigation fields, including finance, transportation, culture and innovation, education and energy.

Mr. Wang is currently an arbitrator at Chongqing Arbitration Commission. He was awarded the best Lawyer of Year 2016-2017 Chongqing Award by Chongqing Bar Association and "Leading Lawyer" in Chongqing, China in International Financial Law Review 1000 (IFLR1000).

Xin Wang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and obtained Bachelor's Degree of Law and Master's Degree of Civil and Commercial Law.
