Mr. Wang Ning is a partner of King & Wood Mallesons. His main practice area includes securities, Corporate, M&A and other relevant legal affairs.
Mr. Wang has extensive experience in enterprises restructuring and reorganization, domestic and international securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Wang has handled numerous restructuring, listings and securities offerings projects covering industrials including banking, securities, automotive, IT, materials, software, and pharmaceutical. Additionally, Mr. Wang has advised various listed companies, large state-owned enterprises as retained legal counsel.
