Ms. Wang focuses on securities business, with extensive experience in cross-border capital market transactions.
Ms. Wang advises on domestic and overseas listings, acquisitions of listed companies, private equity financing, compliance and governance of listed companies, etc. Her clients cover a wide range of industries including the internet, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, hotels, real estate, education, retail, and food and beverage.
Ms. Wang has advised clients on their listings, share issuance, bond issuance, M&A and restructuring, and securitization on major global securities markets including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New York and NASDAQ.
Work Experience
Ms. Wang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010. She obtained her LLB from Fudan University, LLM in Common Law from the University of Hong Kong, and LLM from Columbia University. Ms. Wang is admitted to practice in PRC and the State of New York.
Her working languages are Chinese and English.
