Sha Shuai specialises in M&A and restructuring, domestic and overseas listings, refinancing, bond financing, PE investment, and listings on the NEEQ.
Mr. Sha has extensive experience and expertise in securities and capital markets. He has worked on dozens of M&A, restructuring and listing deals at home and abroad, covering such industries as biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and retail, cosmetics, automobile manufacturing, electricity, agriculture and animal husbandry. He has advised on asset restructuring, PE investment and financing, and acquisition of domestic companies or other assets. He has been highly recognised and trusted by clients. Mr. Sha is especially experienced in life sciences and healthcare, consumer and retail.
In 2020 and 2021, he was recognised by The Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” in life sciences and healthcare.

Mr. Sha joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2013.
He graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in law.
Mr. Sha was admitted to the PRC bar in 2017.
