Ms. Ming Nie specializes in corporate securities, M&A, and private equity fund.
Ms. Nie has practiced law for over ten years and worked with an investment bank for more than 5 years. Ms. Nie has extensive experience in overseas listings, M&As, reorganization and restructuration and private equity investment. Her clients are from a wide range of industries, including biomedicine, TMT, consumer goods and retail, chemical, electronics and manufacturing. Ms. Nie is praised by his clients for her solid experiences, well-structured analysis and good judgment.
Ms. Nie worked as the internal quality control and risk control staff in the Investment Banking Department of GF Securities. She participated in the internal review and approval for dozens of investment banking projects, concerning IPOs, acquisition and restructuring of public companies, and NEEQ listings. Therefore, she can fully understand the key considerations of regulators and various solutions to mitigate their concerns.
Work Experience
Ms. Nie joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2018. Prior to that, she worked with JunHe LLP and the Investment Banking Department of GF Securities.
Ms. Nie received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 1998 and a Master of Laws from Sun Yat-sen University in 2006.
Ms. Nie was admitted to practice law in the PRC in 2000 and became the member of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA). In addition, she has the qualification of sponsor representative and the qualification to be appointed as independent director for listed companies.
Ms. Nie's working languages are Mandarin and English.
