Lv Yinghao specializes in banking and finance.
Yinghao represents international and Chinese commercial banks, investment banks, investment funds and industrial businesses in a wide variety of financing transactions, with a particular focus on international project financing, leveraged acquisition finance, trade finance and asset finance. He has won wide acclaims from his clients for his profound expertise and innovative advice. He often acts as lead counsel for his clients in their debt financing transactions in the mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, European, Americas, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, Africa and Australia markets, having developed unique insights into the international minerals, energy and power, infrastructure technologies and manufacturing sectors.
In addition, Yinghao also has rich experience in energy or minerals joint ventures and financial derivatives transactions.
Work Experience
Mr. Lv started his practice in the Beijing office of King & Wood Mallesons, and rejoined the team in 2015. In the interim, he worked in two other prominent international firms and the Melbourne office of King & Wood Mallesons.
Mr. Lv received his Bachelor of Law degree from Wuhan University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University, the United States. He also took law courses at Deakin University, Australia.
Mr. Lv is qualified to practice law in both mainland China and Australia.
He is fluent in the English language, and is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese.
