Ms. Luo specializes in Labor law, social security law, labor dispute and collective bargaining.
She has advised and represented numerous multinational companies as well as state owned enterprises and listed companies in dealing with labor and employment issues, such as labor law compliance consultation, labor contract and employee handbook formulation, labor and employment annual compliance inspection, and transfer, relocation and settlement of employees as well as redundancy matters related to M&A, corporate restructuring and dissolution.
Ms. Luo also specializes in handling arbitration and litigation cases of labor disputes arising from, among others, the labor contract termination, the performance of competition restrictions obligations, compensation payment for overtime, work injuries, and social insurances.
Work experience
Ms. Luo joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010, after working at Jun He Law Offices since 2000. Ms. Luo's practice is focused on labor and social security law, as well as labor dispute litigation and collective negotiation.
Ms. Luo graduated from Hainan University with LLB degree in Law; and obtained the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The University of Hong Kong.
Ms. Luo's working languages are Mandarin and English.
