Zhihui Liu is mainly engaged in enterprise investment and financing, domestic and overseas IPO, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing of listed companies, etc.
Mrs. Liu has years of practicing experience in capital market legal services. In the field of enterprise listing, she advised clients on a broad range of work including the IPO on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, GEM Board and Main Board as well as Backdoor Listing. Her practice covers diversified industries, such as media, high-tech, new energy and bio-pharmaceutical industry, etc.
In the field of mergers and acquisitions, Mrs. Liu frequently handles transfer of shares and acquisition of control on behalf of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, well-known funds and other listed companies. She also regularly advises clients on issuance of shares, purchasing assets and the swap of material assets for listed companies in the field of Internet, engineering construction, health care, etc.
In the field of refinancing, Mrs. Liu was mainly in charge of the issuance of non-public shares, bonds and short-term financing bonds of many listed companies.
In the field of equity investment and financing, Mrs. Liu advises funds on equity investments in target companies in military, new energy, pharmaceutical and healthcare, technology and other industries. She has extensive experience in pre-listing equity financing, employee equity incentives and internal asset structure adjustment services.
Mrs. Liu also provided advisory services for many listed companies.
Work Experience
Mrs. Liu joined King & Wood Mallesons in December 2011.
She graduated from Jilin University with bachelor’s degrees in Laws and Arts and from Münster University with a master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law and a LL.M. degree in German Law.
Mrs. Liu has the lawyer qualification in China.
Mrs. Liu's working languages are Chinese, English and German.
