Mr. Li Peiran mainly specializes in dispute resolution, disposal of non-performing asset (NPA) and corporate governance.
Li has extensive experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution and has handled a large number of litigation and arbitration cases in companies, real estate, and contracts. The cases involve financing contract disputes, company equity control disputes, real estate development contract disputes, construction contract disputes, trade contract disputes and infringement damage disputes, etc.
Li also has extensive experience in the field of NPA transactions and disposals, especially in the judicial enforcement area. Li has assisted many domestic and foreign well-known banks, trust companies, asset management companies and other financial institutions to complete the transactions and disposals of NPA.
Li also serves as legal advisor for listed companies and domestic enterprises, providing corporate governance structure adjustment and other legal services.

Mr. Li joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010.
Mr. Li got LL.B. from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and obtained LLM from Durham University.
Mr. Li's wroking languages are Chinese and English.
