She is a trusted advisor to boards, general counsel, people directors and their teams on strategic workforce planning and structuring, regulatory risks and industrial relations reforms, enterprise bargaining, industrial action (including multi-site industrial campaigns), right of entry, Fair Work Commission disputes and employment litigation.
Kirsty primarily supports clients in energy and resources, manufacturing, infrastructure, health and not-for profit sectors. Kirsty has worked both in Australia and the UK as an Employment lawyer. Her experience covers all employment aspects of transactions including transfer of employment, post-acquisition restructuring, employment liabilities, executive matters, W&I insurance, enterprise bargaining and industrial relations risks and opportunities assessment as well as assisting clients to avoid, or minimise the impact of, employment disputes as a consequence of the transaction process.
