Ken is a market leading banking and finance lawyer with a practice covering property finance, debt capital markets and corporate finance (including trade and transactional banking), securitisation and leveraged finance. Ken has extensive experience advising financiers, developers, owners, investors and other stakeholders on social and affordable housing, build to rent and student accommodation projects.

- AMP Capital: A$600m refinancing of syndicated facility for AWOF
- Stockland: A$300m AMTN issuance
- Sydney Airport Corporation: in connection with its debt issuance programme.
- New South Wales Treasury Corporation: in connection with its debt issuance programmes including it's A$MTN and Australian counsel on its EMTN, ECP and U.S. SEC registered programmes.
