Judith Taylor is an income tax specialist with over 20 years' experience. Judith’s clients include domestic and foreign entities in the financial services, managed investment funds, property, mining, private equity and health sectors. She also advises in relation to various State tax issues, including payroll tax.
Judith is a Chartered Tax Adviser and Deputy Chair of the Taxation Committee of the Law Council of Australia and Chair of the NSW Sub-committee. She regularly consults with Treasury and the ATO on areas of tax reform.
Judith has significant recent experience in advising clients in respect of their environmental offset initiatives. She also has particular expertise in the following areas:
