Jane has specialises in major projects and procurement across all sectors including renewables, social and public housing, government capital works, road and rail, residential and commercial developments and electricity infrastructure .
She has experience in all forms of construction and infrastructure procurement (both conventionally and privately funded), collaborative models (alliancing, ECI, framework agreements and delivery partner) and consultancy arrangements. She also has experience in building and electricity regulation.
Jane advises across an entire project lifecycle from structuring a tender process, preparing and negotiating contract documentation, contract administration advice and helping clients to manage and resolve any disputes.
With her significant expertise, Jane achieves efficiencies for her clients by considered risk allocation and careful planning in delivery documents, including the development of bespoke suites of construction, supply and consultancy agreements.
Jane’s work highlights include:
- Australian Energy Market Operator: procurement, planning, regulatory and land tenure advice for delivery of VNI West, a $3 billion transmission line in western Victoria.
- Australia Post: development of new headquarters at bespoke $450 million new building in Burnley.
- Plenary: development of the Clinical Teaching Building as part of LaTrobe University’s $5 billion University City of the Future precinct development
- Local: development of Sky Square, a mixed-used high rise project in Box Hill being developed by Golden Age, including a significant build-to-rent component.
- Port Waratah Coal Services: delivery of a substantial refurbishment and new supply program for the Port’s ship loaders.
- Iglu: development of a 9,280 sq m site into Australia’s largest new student mixed-use precinct at UNSW.
- Intellihub: advising on building regulatory compliance as part of rollout of smart metering devices and services across Australia.
- Toyota: development of new 33,366 sqm parts centre at Crestmead in Qld.
- Chisholm Institute: advising on the delivery of a new Learning and Innovation Precinct at Frankston Campus.
- Allianz: advising on the delivery of fitouts at Allianz offices in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart and Charlestown.
