In securities area, Ms. Hu has worked on numerous projects in relation to corporate restructuring and initial public offering and listing of a number of companies. Listed companies she served cover a wide range of industries, including large consumption, health care, electronics, energy, and etc..
In financing and M&A area, Ms. Hu has extensive experience in providing legal services and completing in mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, investment and financing projects of corporations and private equity institutions, asset securitization and etc. on behalf of clients, whose work includes conducting legal due diligence, designing transaction schemes, preparing transaction documents, assisting in information disclosure, providing legal opinions and other legal services.
In private equity area, Ms. Hu assisted clients in the schemes design, establishment and fund-raising of various equity investment funds.

Hu Yizhou joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010.
Ms. Hu obtained her Master Degree of Law in Wuhan University School of Law and attained an LL.M. at Case Western Reserve University.
Ms. Hu is qualified for practicing law in PRC and New York State, USA.
