- NSW Country Rail Network: Contractor role acting for UGL in upstream disputes against TfNSW in relation to the New South Wales regional country rail network. We are strategic advisers to UGLRL on its renegotiation of a long-term O&M Deed with TfNSW for the operation and maintenance of the regional NSW rail network.
- New Sydney Fish Market: Govt/Developer role acting (a) in defence of claims brought by Sydney Fish Markets as to the performance of the new facility, and (b) advising on delivery matters and variations under the D+C Contract with the head contractor Multiplex.
- Powerhouse Paramatta - Govt/Developer role acting in defence of Supreme Court proceedings brought by Meriton.
- Mt Gilead – Developer role acting for Lendlease in relation to Supreme Court proceedings regarding enforcement of a put and call contract for a $330m broadacre subdivision at Campbelltown.
- MYKI public transport ticketing upgrade: Contractor role acting for CVTS on the upgrade of the Melbourne public transport ticketing system.
- Parramatta Light Rail project: Govt/Developer role defending claims for time and money brought by the SOM Contractor on the ongoing Paramatta Light Rail project.
- New Bridgewater Bridge - Govt/Developer role defending claims from the head contractor McConnell Dowell on the new bridge across the Derwent River in Hobart.
- WestConnex Stage 3A – Principal role acting for Transurban/WestConnex in both upstream disputes (against TfNSW) and downstream disputes (against the head contractor Acciona Samsung Bouygues JV) in relation to the under construction M4-M5 Link tunnel tollroad in Sydney.
