Ms. Fang Haiyan specializes in capital markets, corporate and M&As and private equity as well as venture capital Investment.
Ms. Fang has advised on a number of A- and H-share IPOs and listings, oversea red-chip restructuring, financing and listings, acquisition, restructuring and refinancing of listed companies, reorganization and restructuring, private equity and M&A projects. Her previous and current clients are from various industries such as biomedicine, services, TMT, real estate, retail, chemical, manufacturing, finance, internet and culture.
Ms. Fang provides a full range of legal services spanning the lifecycle of a company from the startup stage where it involves incorporation, corporate governance design, and compliance of operation, to the expansion stage where it involves listing, refinancing and debt issuance, and to a more sophisticated stage of transactions including M&As, asset restructuring and equity incentive plans. She has advised dozens of clients, including onshore and offshore listed companies, large state-owned enterprises and renowned financial institutions.
Work Experience
Ms. Fang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2018. Prior to this, she worked at JunHe LLP.
She graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2000 and from Peking University with a juris master's degree in 2005.
Ms. Fang was admitted to practice law in the PRC in 2007.
Ms. Fang's working languages are Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
