Ding Xianjie is an experienced Chinese trademark and patent attorney, senior engineer, with special expertise in intellectual property (IP).
Mr. Ding has rich experience in patent and trademark layout consulting and package management, IP protection strategy consulting, and IP registration implementation. He advises clients on the acquisition, maintenance, usage, and dispute resolution of trademark rights. Mr. Ding also has expertise in trademark agency, domain name dispute resolution, IP due diligence, IP audit, and IP licensing and acquisition. On the basis of practical research and analysis, he is also insightful regarding the establishment of corporate trademark management system and strategic deployment.
With over three decades of extensive experience in intellectual property, Mr. Ding has provided specialised services for domestic and international clients. Specifically, he advises large enterprises from e-commerce and retail, automotive, chemical, cloud service, and equipment manufacturing industries on IP sorting and strategic layout, and provides domestic and overseas trademark and patent services for companies in sectors including finance, medical equipment, brand operation, clothing and apparel, industrial equipment, industrial raw materials, hotels, automobiles, construction, e-commerce, internet, and information technology.

Mr. Ding graduated from East China Normal University with a master's degree, and was admitted to practise in PRC as a patent attorney in 1991.
