Ms. Deng specializes in non-litigation and litigation/arbitration particularly in the real estate, infrastructure, engineering, security, and commercial context.
With wide experience, Ms. Deng has provided various legal services in the areas of real estate, especially in economic dispute cases of real estate, acquisition/financing of real estate, sale and purchase of real estate, disputes on the co-construction project, EPC engineering, compensation of the removal and demolishment of the properties, lease, and property management etc. Ms. Deng has represented many clients, including both international and domestic enterprises in various sizes in a number of litigation and arbitration related to real estate, infrastructure and construction. Ms. Deng has agent many large- scale projects and difficult cases, and provides comprehensive legal service covering litigation and non-litigation for numerous real estate companies and integrated business companies on their matters related to property, construction, M&A, commercial and so on.
Ms. Deng has also provided services in the area of security, commercial, administration litigation and arbitration. She participated in several projects of the reconstruction of the assets, right issue, merger and acquisition, listing etc. She has provided legal services for Hong Kong Airport, Dynamic Holdings Ltd, Yantian International, Zhuhai LNG, Dapeng LNG, Gemdale Group, Shenzhen MaWan Transportation Ltd, etc.
Work Experience
Ms. Deng joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2002. She started her legal practice in 2000 and worked as attorney in Xin Da Law Firm before joining King & Wood.
Ms. Deng obtained her LLB from South China University of Technology. She was admitted as the PRC lawyer in 2002.
Ms. Deng's working language is Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
