Claire has over 15 years experience advising on Project Finance. Claire has a wide range of project financing experience acting for sponsors and financiers in relation to major project developments and acquisitions in Australia and internationally.
In particular Claire focuses on infrastructure, energy (including renewable energy) and Public Private Partnerships.
With a unique practice in the Australian market, Claire advises Sponsors and lenders on highly complex projects across all areas including the nation's major infrastructure projects, cutting edge renewable energy transactions and the emerging social housing sector.
Claire's clients benefit from her extensive experience, strategic approach and strong network and reputation with financiers, sponsors and government. These relationships are particularly beneficial when acting upon complex matters in which third-party input is required.
