Chen Xin focuses on dispute resolution and litigation. She particularly specialises in advising on disputes over real estate & construction projects, energy, M&A, notes and asset management of financial institutions, as well as family wealth management, especially pre-planning and crisis response.
In real estate, projects and energy dispute resolution, Ms. Chen has advised real estate companies, construction enterprises and large energy groups on resolution of disputes concerning land planning and approval, transfer of land use right, registration and ownership of land, real estate co-development, transfer of real estate projects, sale and lease of premises, construction contracts, quality and payments of construction projects, venture partnership of exploration right, investment and cooperation of mining right, transfer of mineral rights, infringement of mining right, M&A and construction of PV and wind power projects. In this process, she has accumulated extensive experience.
In resolving disputes over M&A and notes and asset management of financial institutions, Ms. Chen has served as lead partner in complex matters involving disputes over equity M&A of large companies, notes and asset management of financial institutions and disposition of non-performing assets, etc. She is uniquely insightful and experienced in dispute resolution of major complex matters.
In family wealth management, Ms. Chen is dedicated to the research and practice of family wealth risk management concerning high net worth individuals. She collaborates with corporate & securities, compliance, tax, criminal and other teams to provide clients with a full spectrum of family wealth management services covering pre-planning, crisis response and dispute resolution. Ms. Chen has assisted a number of famous domestic entrepreneurs in resolving disputes over marriage, family, inheritance, control and corporate governance of family business, and designing and implementing family wealth management plans. She helps them realise their goals of wealth protection and inheritance.
