Mr. Chen specializes in enterprise restructuring, domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and secondary offering transactions of listed companies, and other related fields.
Mr. Chen has handled many IPO projects listed in the stock exchange of Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Mr. Chen also has represented many listed companies in non-public offering, domestic and overseas acquisition and bond issuance across the industries such as real estate, transportation and logistics, food, pharmaceutical, finance and manufacturing.
Mr. Chen also serves as regular legal counsel to many listed companies and non-listed companies, responsible for standardized operation, information disclosure, and other legal services concerning corporate's daily operation in the field of corporate and securities.
Work Experience
Mr. Chen joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2008.
Mr. Chen received his LL.B and LL.M from Zhejiang University.He was admitted as a PRC lawyer in 2009.
Mr. Chen's working languages are Chinese and English.
