Mr. Chen has represented numerous international and large domestic companies in various M&A and FDI deals, providing quality legal services and solutions, covering transaction structuring, key deal decision making, negotiations, drafting and implementation of transaction documents, and company operations.
In 2022, Mr. Chen was awarded a “Notable Practitioner” by IFLR1000 in the area of Corporate and M&A.
